What are your USA shipping rates?

Orders $50 or more: FREE 2 Day Shipping*

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $7.50

2nd Day Shipping (2 business days): $29.99

Next Day Shipping (1 business day): $61.99

*Orders placed after 10:00am EST, on weekends or holidays will not ship until the following business day. While most customers receive their orders in 2 days under our FREE 2 Day Shipping, it is not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 continents and nearly every country. Please see our international customer FAQ for more information.

What are your international shipping rates?

We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $99 (after any discount is applied). Due to the restrictive nature of certain country's customs processes, not all country's qualify for FREE shipping.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in the orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses we incurred to ship you the package, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. We discount all our international shipping costs for customer convenience, so the original shipping expense will be higher than the amount you paid. If you qualified for FREE shipping, you will also be charged the original shipping expense we incurred to ship you the package.

How do I use my discount code/rewards offer code?

Unless otherwise specified, all discount codes do not automatically apply to orders and must be entered in at checkout. Only one discount code/rewards points voucher can be used per order.

I am trying to use a discount code, but it is not working?

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. We only notify customers about discount codes via email. Please refer to the email in which you received the code for limitations. In general, discount codes cannot be combined or used on auto-shipments. The 15% off first purchase and Starter Kit $10 off codes cannot be combined, and only apply to your first purchase.

Miscellaneous Questions

I'm interested in your products, but would like to know if you offer samples?

You bet. Buy one of our Risk Free Men's Grooming Sample Kits and get $10 towards your first purchase.

Why was my Sample Kit / Individual Sample order cancelled?

Due to the promotional nature of our sampling program, we have a strict one per household limit on our Sample Kit and Individual Samples. If you place an order for duplicates of any of these items, our system will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you'd like to purchase any of these for friends or family, please contact us first. We reserve the right to discontinue business with any customers whom we believe abuse any of our sampling programs.

Are you really all natural?

Yes. Our products are all natural, made with high amounts of organic ingredients when possible. Everything you'd expect from a bunch of hippies, without the hippie feel.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not.

Sometimes a product will change colors, is that normal?

Yes. It is normal when using natural stabilizers and thickeners in a product as we do, for products to change in color depending on temperature. Often a product can go from clear to white or vice verse in order to maintain efficacy. For example, a product will shift to clear in cooler temperatures and white in warmer temperatures.

My product has separated, is that normal?

Yes, it is completely normal for there to be a slight separation due to changes in temperature and does not effect the efficacy of the product.  Some natural ingredients have a higher threshold and may separate since there are no artificial binding agents in our products. Simply put the product in your fridge for a few hours, take it out and stir. This will bring the product back together. Even if it does not come back together 100%, it does not affect the efficacy.

Does all this stuff really work? 

We didn't believe it did at first either. And then we started using it ourselves and seeing results. Once you start incorporating our products into your daily bathroom and grooming routines, we guarantee you'll start seeing results.

Can I return products?

Yes! You may return any products purchased (used or unused) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product(s) must be at least 1/2 full of the original content. Our Sample Kits, Individual Samples, Free Gifts, and Gifts are not eligible for a return. If you have a reaction to any of our products, we're happy to help find a better product for you. Head over to our Returns page to initiate a return or have us help you find a product that's a better fit.

Do you accept PayPal? 

Yes. You can enter your paypal information at checkout.

Can I pay by check or over the phone?

Sorry we only take major credit cards at this time via our easy online store.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship your order the same day it's placed. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours; however if we cannot fulfill an order within 3 business days, then we will notify you of options.

Do you sell products locally?

Yes, please use our retail partner locator to find a store in your area who carries our products. If you know of a store who should carry our products, please have them contact us.
