Yes. Many international customers can shop directly from our international online stores without any extra shipping, duties, or customs fees.

How do I use my discount or rewards code? + -

Discount codes must be entered at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Enter the discount code in the Discount code or gift card at checkout and click apply.

How do I use my rewards code? + -

Rewards codes must be entered at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Rewards can be redeemed as a gift card and can be applied to orders along with discount codes.

To access your rewards, log into your account here.

From your account, select “Access Your Rewards” from the account menu, then scroll to the “Redeem Your Points” section.

Click “Get reward” and copy/paste the code that can be redeemed at checkout.

If you want to redeem more points, repeat as needed and add each gift card code at checkout in the discount/gift card code box.

Enter the rewards code in the Discount code or gift card at checkout and click apply.

Why isn’t my discount code working? + -

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. Please refer to the email in which you received the code or the “Details” link in the website top bar for limitations. Discount codes cannot be combined or used on auto-shipment items and some offers are only available for first-time customers.

Codes, promotions, and other offers cannot be stacked; only one discount code / promotion is allowed per order. This does not apply to gift cards; discount codes can be combined with a gift card on the same order.

PRODUCTS / INGREDIENTS

Are your products really all natural? + -

Yes. We combine organic, high quality natural ingredients with advanced science to formulate the best men's skin care and grooming products. In rare cases, we use small amounts of well-known, scientifically-proven safe preservatives to keep products stable under extreme heat.

Do you test on animals? + -
Absolutely not.
Is it normal for the product to separate? + -
Yes. Since there are no artificial binding agents in our products, some natural ingredients may separate at warmer temperatures - this does not affect the efficacy of the product. To recombine the product, refrigerate it for a few hours, then remove and stir.
Is it normal for my product to change color slightly? + -
Yes. Due to the natural stabilizing and thickening ingredients in our products, they may change in color depending on temperature. For example, a product may appear clear in cooler temperatures and white in warmer temperatures. These changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
Do you offer cologne samples? + -
No. We do not offer samples of the colognes at this time.

ORDERS / PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept? + -
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal. We do not accept payment via cheque or over the telephone.
When will my order be shipped? + -

US orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). We’ll send you an email with a tracking number for easy reference. If we are not able to ship your order within 3 business days of being placed, you will be notified.

How can I place an order over $500? + -
All orders over $500 must be verified with the customer before being packed and shipped. Please contact us at support@brickellmensproducts.com.
Why was my sample kit order cancelled? + -

There is a strict one per household limit for our sample kits. If you place an order for a duplicate sample kit, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. If you'd like to order a sample kit for someone other than yourself, please email us at support@brickellmensproducts.com.

We reserve the right to discontinue business with any customers whom we believe abuse any of our sampling programs.

Can Brickell e-gift cards be used on international sites? + -
No. Brickell e-gift cards can only be used on our US website.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are not totally satisfied with our products within 30 days of the original purchase date, we want to make it right.
