I was very impressed with the sampler package I received. It helped chose what products I would purchase. Two of the three products I purchased at Macy's due to price and the third is being shipped to me currently. I found the website difficult to navigate. It seems it was more interested in marketing various products than making a simple purchase. I offered to make suggests, but never received a phone call in return. Sometimes, you need to speak to a person than only communicated via email. Any company, no matter how successful they are, could use a little constructive help. If my reorders were to be as difficult as my initial order, I'm not sure I will continue. Just the fact they were sending promotions using the 'sample' as my first purchase proves my point. You see, the sample was FREE, the cost was the postage.

I’m enjoying going through the sample pack but it’s really hard to know based on quantities available what is something I think works well Va doesn’t. I will say that overall the products all seem to be nice on my fave and hair but my one dislike would have to be the smells. They aren’t the best smelling products, now that doesn’t indicate poor quality of course but I just wish something I was putting on my face would smell a bit better.

I love everything I've tried so far. There's a huge difference in my skin. The regular everyday shampoo has completely stopped my dandruff issues, and the facial moisteriser is amazing. I'm in!
